Data logging C7Z with HP Tuners
Don’t beat me up too bad. I pretty much suck at using computers and new to using any tuner software.
I’m not looking to tune. Just want to be able to data log. Want to be able to look over it myself. But also want to send it to my tuner for them to look over and make adjustments.
I’ve figured out hooking up HP tuners and how to data log, save, send etc. What I really need help with is setting up the screens inside the program and what PIDS I should be watching.
Another question I have is when looking a map kpa. Do I take the number and subtract that from what reads kpa with the car on not running? So for example. Map kpa reads 85 car on, not running. So if map reads 125 under boost. I take the 85 from 125 and use 40 to put into the conversion calculator for what boost I’m getting?
