I have a 2017 C7 Z07 manual, purchased new. Stock the car never overheated nor threw any CEL's. Now the mileage when I started mods was 10K. I track the car about 75% of the time. Removed the CCB rotors and added Girodisc rotors and Raybestos pads. I run Hoosier tires on stock wheels. Then performed the following:

1) Installed Lingenfelter 720hp kit (primarily 15% SC overdrive lower pulley) and Corsa X-pipe. Had tune done. First time to track at the end of day 2 with #1 mods I threw CEL's for cylinder misfires. Diagnosis: bad plugs and maybe clogged cats.
2) Installed new NGK colder plugs and new tune. No more CEL's showing up. After #2 new plugs went to the track and threw CEL's for cylinder misfires again. Diagnosis: Cats were clogged.
3) Removed Corsa X-pipe, installed 1 7/8 Kooks headers and Kooks catless X-pipe, Corsa cold air intake, Lingenfelter SC expansion tank, AFCO performance SC heat exchanger, reroute of SC pump lines, had SC lines vacuumed and now only have small bubble in lower OEM expansion tank. Retune. No more CEL's showing up. 660 RWHP and 700 RW torque. After #3 went to the track - car is good for about three or four hard laps and then goes into limp mode. Tried Track mode with no PTM, Track mode with PTM Sport 1, Sport 2 and Race etc... with no difference. Car still goes into limp mode when driven hard. No CEL's are displayed nor notifications when limp mode is triggered. Temps at the track are not that hot, Water = 215, oil 230, outside temp 90.

Found 18 oz. of air in the intercooler expansion tank. Filled expansion tank with 18 oz. of coolant to the top and bled supercharger lines and system. Will test on race track soon.
