Default Speed engineering headers

Looking into getting headers either Speed Engineering or Texas Speed. Looking for anyone that currently has or have run the speed engineering ones. I saw they had alot of fitment issues early on but apparently have fixed them.
Just looking for opinions from someone who actually has run them.

I run the Speed Engineering 1 7/8" and love them. Great sound and fit but I did change all the clamps they send to the 4" wide stainless band clamps. I think they use 2" clamps and had some leaks. Pretty much stopped them all with new clamps. Its possible they may have switched to those but not for sure. I think I spent an extra 60 bucks but still keeps the price very reasonable.

"Pretty much stopped..." So, you still had some leaks, or what, please?

I have a little one in the back where it meets the stock pipes.

No issues on customer cars. You have to retighten the provided clamps a few times, and the o2 placement is much better than tsp stuff.

We just had mine back on the lift and tightened a couple bolts and I do believe its better and I don't smell any exhaust now.

Can you share where you got the 4” clamps from? Thanks.

Bought them at Summit but you can get them from your local parts store. I don't remember which ones I ordered but here is an example. There are two different sizes needed and you need the lap joint not the butt joint. Summit Racing SUM-681300 Summit Racing® Lap Joint Band Clamps | Summit Racing
