Well..according to my owner's manual, fuse #6 is "heated mirrors" and #13 is "External rearview mirror". You see my confusion
My factory warranty is up in November and the issue is the passenger side mirror ONLY doesn't move, no matter what commands it. I thought that if it was something like a simple fuse issue, I could save having to take it in

I would try 14 just for the heck of it and if that doesnt help I would swap the little control panel out with someone elses. It pops out easy enuff and it may rule out the switch. If that system goes thru a door module it may be harder to track down the cause.
One of these days I'm gonna break down and order the Helm Inc books for my 2019 but it'll be the '18 books since they havent released the '19 ones for some weird reason.
Good luck getting it fixed....one way or the other!

AllDataDIY.com. $60 for a year. Throw a cheap laptop in your garage and/or print off the pages you need for a particular job. I used to be a big fan of getting printed manuals for everything, but they're more of a pain now that all the content is designed to be viewed in a web browser.
I've got subscriptions for my 2014 C7 and my H3. My father in law has subs for his Highlander and Sprinter. Neither of us has any regrets.
Thanks Jeff
I have a friend that uses the service Maybe I'll look into it if they have the 2019. Is this the one that also has like a 3 day pass as well?

Thanks, I'll have a look.
I know it's the not the control panel because the mirror doesn't move if I set the "reverse re-angle the mirror" setting so I'm pretty sure it's gotta be either power or the motor.
(good thing the mirror was properly adjusted before it died )

Looks like they have one month, one year, and three years.
GM is the one that does 3 days.
From what I've seen with AllData, they get their information direct from GM. They just did a big upgrade that added a lot of cars and made the wiring diagrams easier to use. I'm still using the Classic subscription, so I haven't been able to try the upgrades myself.
Please let us know if and when you locate the fuse(s) that control the motors for your sideview mirrors. I'm in the same pickle with dead mirrors and want to know where and what the fuses are labeled.

What's really needed is someone with the schematic - it seems GM's labeling of the rear fusebox isn't really "precise". And *if* it's a power problem, obviously the left and right side mirrors are on different circuits as the left side works fine.
Either way, I plan on having a look at things tomorrow and see if I can figure it out

Here is the schematic for the passenger side mirror:
Note this schematic is for 2016. During the C7 years, GM changed the fuse numbering method. The fuses remained in the same location but had different numbers. Based on what I have seen by looking at the various Owner's Manuals Fuse 36 has the same location in all model years. It is identified as the Passenger Window Switch fuse since the fuse powers the passenger window switch module which provides the controls for the mirror.

I don't understand that. The passenger side window works fine (as does the doorlock) just not the mirror

None yet. Had a neighbor's tree come down in a storm and took out our power drop from the street as well as our service entrance, right after I started this thread. We're good now but I got sidetracked and haven't had a chance to have a look yet
