Got home from a nice long car weekend with my 2019 ZR1. Parked it and came out about 4 hours later to a huge puddle of water...underneath the car and behind it and still dripping. If I had to guess it was probably 1/2 gallon to 2/3 of a gallon. And yes it was water, nothing else.
From underneath the water is dripping off the passenger side exhaust header. Right where the AC Condensate drain should be. But that seems like ALOT of water for condensation. One of my buddies said the drain line might have been clogged and eventually let loose. AC was not working great on ride home, so I had a feeling something was off.
Anyone have similar experience, and secondly I can't see anything in that engine compartment, let alone get my hand in anywhere....what's the best way to clear out a potential clogged drain line?
You can just barely see the drain from under the car. You could probably reach it with a long air compressor nozzle.
EDIT: Check your cabin air filter. That's about the only thing that would lead to a clogged drain tube.

I had this happen on another car I own and it was caused by the evaporator freezing up and when thawed out there was a lot of water. You indicated the system was not operating up to spec and that may be why. As I remember I was below spec on the charge that caused the freeze up. Something to check. Good luck.
