Default Cam Swap after losing valve spring

Shortly after Pro Charging my Vette I lost a valve spring. Luckily the spring only lost one coil and it held the valve up (no collision). I have the engine tore down and I'm to the part where I need to pull the oil pan to get the oil pump off. I'm wanting to drop the front cradle but don't know how. I'm also curious if I can pull / install a new cam with the radiator in place?

You can do everything you mentioned here. Radiator can certainly stay in the car.

You'll need to raise the engine from above with an engine hoist and then put something under the subframe to support it while you remove everything holding it up (suspension bits and the 4 main bolts), then you can lower it out of the way.

In addition to the (4) main cradle to frame bolts, there are (2) cradle to frame bolts at the sway bar mount. Also, you need to either remove the (8) upper control arm to body bolts or else take the (2) upper ball joints loose.then the cradle will be free to lower.
