The things are basically 'puters on wheels. So, if in doubt, reboot and go from there... but, be sure your battery, despite being relatively new, is fully charged AND holds a full charge over time. I've good reason to suggest this, but won't belabor it here. All the best.

The battery is usually the first suspect. Do not think that every new battery is a good one. Several years ago I had a friend riding his Harley and the battery was crapping out. He went into a parts store, bought a new one, installed it and it lasted one day and 150 miles. He took it to the parts store and low and behold, it was crap. They replaced it with a good one.
