So I had a similar issue, but it was only for the passenger side Primary O2. The error I was getting was a low voltage code. I ended up changing the O2 to an AC Delco O2 "OEM" per my tuner, but the CEL came back, so I reached out to my tuner to take a look at the tune. I read in the HPTuner forums that the O2's can be adjusted. My tuner modified a few parameters with the O2 and made a few MAF adjustments. So far, the car has been running fine with no CEL.
