Various Track Modes

What is the difference between "simple" track mode, and the dry track mode of the 5 sub options ?

Does anyone know the parameters around Race Mode’s Launch Control? How is “Drag Race” different than all the others (Standard)?

I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it was optimized for a prepped drag strip surface instead of plain pavement.

Not Drag Race, just Race. Launch control uses the EBCM to monitor tire slip and to tell the ECM how much torque to produce. You can get launch control on cars that don't have PTM. Watching from the side of the car you will see the wheel spin, stop, spin, and so on until the car is moving and the stopping reduces as the tire grip increases.
