Mag ride shocks leaking

Mag ride shocks leaking
I have a 2015 Z51 with Mag Ride. Had it in the shop today for basic maintenance, and the tech pointed out that 3 out of 4 shocks were majorly leaking - passenger front enough to coat the lower control arm. I have 35000 miles on the car. Is this a common issue?

Hard to say without seeing pictures. GM says some leakage is permitted. They aren't like the standard old fashioned shocks that other cars have. See attached PDF with GM bulleting showing how to judge the shocks.

Thanks for sending the bulletin - I feel better about having them replaced. 3 were worse than picture 4, so the bulletin would have suggested reacement. Driver side front was probably okay, but if I'm doing 3 I might as well do the 4th!

Thanks for sharing the bulletin Bill. In reviewing it, I definitely have 3 that would be in the replace category - looked worse than picture 4. The drivers front shock is only mildly weeping.
