I'd call LG, mine are not like that at all. I have them set 4 clicks from softest in front and 3 clicks from softest in the rear.
I tried them full soft and didn't seem to have that problem although it was a bit bouncy on big dips.

meet tried two diff settings. firm time it was super bouncy, took it back they messed with preload and tightened it, we also changed the dampn settings to something Lg recommended. And it was still the same. unless they did something wrong

Are they new? Did you get them from LG?
if so you need to call LG & learn how to set them up especially if a regular mechanic and not. A race shop did them. A local place I can recommend would be Chuck at Corvettes of Winchester ( forum sponsor)
