I have a 14’ Vert with the Mods4cars Smart Top Module and has worked great for years. I lowered the Top this morning and went for a Cruise and when back home attempted to raise Top. The Remote switch won’t activate top nor the Dash switch. I don’t get a DIC message or anything. I checked the partition switch in trunk and snapped it on and off many times. Neither Dash or Remote works? Any ideas besides removing battery cable to see if they Reboot? I searched and read many other Posts but they usually say there is a message on the DIC and mine doesn’t say anything?
Thanks for any help.
I'd do the battery cable. If no message on the dash, things are confused.

Well I did the Negative Cable removal for 15 minutes and reconnected. As soon as I started the car I got the Top is not secure message and to roll up driver window. Once I saw that I knew I had a good chance it was cleared. Indexed windows and one quick push down on dash switch and Top runs its normal cycle and is down. One quick push up and Top closes. Both functions on Remote work again too. Elmer was right in saying it must of got confused or maybe something I did. I am now carrying a 1/4 Rachet and 10mm for battery cable in case it happens again.

I've no idea what your "module" does, but did you remove it and try the top? I've found when friends have had issues, plus add-ons, removing the add-ons is the first logical place to start and often it proves to be the last. All the best.
