This is what I use:
It works well with fixed calipers although when pressing the pistons into the caliper after the pads are removed you can work with 4 pistons at a time and then do the last two separately. The brake pads do need tabs sticking up from the top of the backing plate to provide a point where the tool can push on the pads.
