Well, got the 17 Z06 out yesterday for it's first drive of the year.. got about 2 miles and it started running rough, then the wonderful Stabilitrak, Service Rear Axle, and CEL flashing. Had to keep the car around 40mph to get it home. Only codes so far are the P0300, but need to grab my good scanner for more in depth checks. Chevy app warning my Emission System & Antilock Braking System... which is nuts.. First time the Z gave me any problems like this. Battery on the maintainer since day one, says good, but battery is 5 years old might not hurt to replace it to be sure. Could be gas is bad I guess as well kinda doubt it tho'.. Will be interesting to see what I find.. sheesh not a good start ... I know others have had experiences with this stuff as well... wish me luck..

I am leaning towards battery even tho car starts fine and it's always on a tender. It is 5 years old.. just have a hard time believing something went wrong just sitting in the garage...
I have had a battery tender reading good even though it wasnt charging but you said your car start well. How about doing a battery disconnect for 15 mins and see if it resets?
Was getting a P0307, so I swapped out coil wire and plug from 7 with 5. Car is back to P0300..multiple misfires. I may just have to drive slowly and just get it to my dealer

Can't you just swap out the bad ignition coil? Looks like you figured out which one it is. The code will tell you bank and cylinder. Just did this on my DD but never did it on my C7. Saved me a trip to the mechanic. $50 for a new ignition coil. Bought a spare for next time.
