Default Help Big Brake Kit fitment issues

So I’m in the market to upgrade my brakes the way I see it. If I wanna go faster I need to stop faster too. I’ve been looking at the Wilwood Aero6 kit with the 15” rotor option my car is a 2016 base model stingray but it came with the Z51 wheel package 19”F 20”R… I called wilwood thinking they may be able to give me a simple yes or no answer being I’m on stock wheels…. Nope they just referred me to their fitment guide. So before I pull one of the wheels and measure I just wanted to check and see if anyone has personally ran this setup.

I "inherited" AP Racing 6-pots (1-2 generations back from what Essex is currently selling) up front from the PO, on 19" F / 20" R wheels. Adequate clearance.

When I replaced the broken Cray Brickyards with BC Forged wheels, BC Forged was able to provide me with some cross-sectional views of the wheels and the calipers, to show that the clearance was fine.

Essex is pricey, but the products they sell are very nice. And those AP 6-pots are like night and day compared to my car's original Z51 brakes. I run EBC Yellow pads on the street. Braking is like tossing an anchor out the window, it's awesome.

Essex (or AP Racing) may be able to provide confirmation of clearance, and/or a cross-sectional view. I don't recall whether the stock Z51 wheels work with the calipers and rotors that I have.

There are a couple of compatible rotor diameters for the AP Racing brakes -- IIRC I'm at 350mm up front, but they also offer something larger (380mm?).

Call Todd at TCE Performance Products 480-967-7901. He sells Wilwood Brakes and may be able to help with determining whether your wheels will fit over the brakes. He may have already sold brake kits to Customers that are running the same wheels that you are running. His prices may also be better than Wilwood.
