Default CEL Help

Thanks in advance for reading.

So yesterday I did my first 60-130 pull of the season after getting my old fuel out of the car from last season. I haven’t had t much time to drive it and get the old fuel out,

Anyway, after the pull I noticed my CEL was on. Brought the car home and hooked up the HP tuners and there’s a whole bunch going on that I’m not too sure about.

Sent the same pictures to the shop that built and tuned the car and was told that it’s was due to the passenger side knock sensor failing or the wiring from the sensor failing, the car only has 6800 miles on it. They also said that an exhaust rattle can throw that code too.
I have not tried to reset the CEL because i asked the shop if I should and I’m waiting for a response.

Where exactly is the knock sensor so I can inspect the wiring?
Why do I have so many codes?
what about the bypass valve permanent code? Is this from the Mag 2650?

Anyone with a lot more knowledge than me willing to walk me through all this?
Any suggestions or input from the photos?

Sure it could be a bad knock sensor but due to the vast amount of random system codes I'd consider its a battery or alternator issue. How old is the battery? You hinted at this the first drive after winter storage?

I ended up attempting to clear the codes, which cleared all of them but the bypass valve ones and the knock sensor one. I drove the car for about 30 miles and check again and the permanent knock sensor one was gone. So far so good, so i have no idea...
