Borla exhaust issues
Any of you guys have issues with Borla exhaust baffles breaking? This will be my third borla exhaust in 1.5 years that the baffles have blown. I have headers and mid pipe. Had the car tuned with everything on it. Called Borla and they say it could probably be the tune that is causing the baffles to break. I call BS, they will be sending another set of mufflers but I cannot figure out how the baffles keep breaking!

I would tend to think it has to do with your car setup.

I'm having this exact issue. I have Borla sport non NPP and I am on my 2nd set. They literally don't make it past the first hard pull before they start to rattle. Everything looks good with tune. I don't know if it's a quality issue or what but I had to fight to get the 2nd set sent to me. Not to mention took forever to get it once it was approved. I'm about to the point of cutting the dang things off and straight piping it but know that will be ridiculously loud. (Heads, cam, headers, catless x pipe.)
