Started porting an LT1 intake. I haven’t seen a lot of supporting data will see what it does.

Taking some measurements the stock opening is about 39.5mm across it pinches to about 38.25mm ... ported so far I have a 40.5 mm opening and its 40.5 mm through the rest of the port....

This is 100X easier than what I am used to... Ive ported north of 25 LT-5 C4 ZR-1 intakes......a lot less mess

Overall pretty happy with it ports are around 40.05 across and through the runner. Smallest area was about 38.25 straightened the ports slightly. Hand sanded runners with 320 then 600 to knock down composite. Hand sanded the throttle opening too with 320 and took some of the excess material out also. Time to rinse out the mess

Went ahead and ported a TB decreased the shaft size and knife edged the throttle blade
