Default AWE x-pipe Flange missing

Hi Gang - First time post. I just bought a used AWE Off-road catless x-pipe and one of the flange is missing. AWE website does not list any parts so do you know where and what I should be ordering? See pix attached, the bottom pipe is the one missing that flange. Thanks in advance

That just looks like a "donut" gasket. Is it still on the other side of the pipe?

Yes it is and you should be able to see it on the top pipe.

Looks like you are missing one donut gasket. I would change them both, if the one on there leaks you will have to remove the X Pipe a second time to fix it.

Not sure if it matches the original Part on the Stock X Pipe which is known as the Intermediate Pipe Seal GM part # 10354707.

Maybe take it off and match it to the Original one on the Stock X Pipe or take it to the Dealer and match it to one they have in inventory and see if it is the same.

Donut gaskets are reused all the time and they don't leak if you take them off carefully and then on reinstall, tighten them evenly

Just pull one off your orginal x pipe and slide it on the new one , then call it a day

For as cheap as the donut gaskets are I would just buy 2 new ones and replace them when you install the x-pipe.

Thanks all for your responses, will go with re-using the OEM ones if they fit or source new ones if not. Just unsure where to get them but there is an exhaust shop not too far that can hopefully help me. Cheers

Any auto parts store, RockAuto, and a multitude of other places will have them. RockAuto will have OEM and will likely be the cheapest or close to it. I recall they're about $10 each.

Replace 'em both now. It's obvious care was not taken with them when disassembled. Why risk needing to deal with them later?

For how cheap they are, don't re-use them. There is a chance they will leak. Do you really want to risk having to get back under the car for how cheap these donut gaskets are? They also affect how the whole X pipe fits since once they are used they form to the shape of the flange they are connected to. A small mis-alignment in the front will multiply by the time it gets to the rear of the X pipe.

You guys are really making a big deal out of nothing , if he cant get new ones he will be fine using the old ones as long as they were carefully removed and are in good shape , the world is not going to end and it will not cause a misalignment or a leak
How many of you can say that you have done this job many times past ? I know I can and NEVER had a leak or misalignment . I have had brand new ones crack while installing because I am sure they are not held to any kind of close tolerances just like the pipe is not either

I've done this job a dozen times or more. Just sharing my experiences. They also have a small amount of "crush fit" to them, so to speak.

I am with you, I have done the job twice now as well. Went with new gaskets both times. There are places to be cheap, gaskets and jobs that are not easily redone are not the place.
