RPM Roll bar Wait

Who has ordered a RPM roll bar for their car? How long did you have to wait for it to be done? Have had one ordered for some time now. I have been missing races because of not having a roll bar . And I'm wondering how long everyone else's has had to wait for theirs to be done and shipped. Just to see the normal time frame.

What kind of racing are you doing. NHRA has new rules for 2014 and up cars

So the question is how long did you wait for your cage? Yes rules have changed.. I believe because of dodge demon. Anything under 9.0 you have to have a cage. Its a Drag & drive car. Procharger with all supporting mods. I'm required to have a chute as well.

Yes. Or over 150mph. If it’s a 2014 or newer stock body and all factory safety stuff is still intact.

Just wondering what kinda racing you were doing. Good luck on getting that bar soon.

I ordered the 4 pt. bar for my C7 GS and it took 4 months to arrive. Since it’s the end of the season, going to have it installed after last track day this weekend at Putnam Park with 10/10ths.

Assuming you need it for NHRA drag racing, be aware that the C6 RPM roll bar (and all the other commercial roll bars) never met the NHRA rules, but most tracks overlooked that fact. Visually, after installation and the carpet back in place, it looks fine. Take their ad and installation instructions to show your local track tech inspector for his opinion.
