Default OEM Coolant Temp Sensor question

My Temp sensor is intermittently working after changing it out just last year. OEM appears to have two options. Does anyone know which is the actual OEM that is a direct fit for 2014 Stingray? 2134333 or 2134514? It appears one is shorter than the other and plugs appear different. Or if there's an aftermarket that's better than OEM, please let me know.
Thanks all!

Just FYI - you posted AC Delco part numbers. The above are GM part numbers.

Are you sure its the sensor? Bad thermostat could cause issues.

I'm 99% sure as when I reset with my obd reader guages work again for a few days. I figure a bad thermostat wouldnt work sporadically or just start working again if i clear the codes. And yup, checked my coolant level too!

I replaced that sensor and thermostat at same time. Figured since I was draining off some coolant and the thermostat didn't cost that much I thought just I'd just get ahead of something else down the road. And that's me doing it myself, not a shop. I was having the problem where the temp wouldn't read correctly and lock out Rev Match on my M7. All good after that.
