Odd problem - any fix?
2019 Stingray 7 speed manual. Car starts fine and all displays are good. Put in reverse and backup camera engages normally. Put it in any forward gear and the infotainment screen goes blank. Gauge cluster is good. Any ideas before the dealership starts poking around? Car still has warranty. Thanks
Given it's electronics and under warranty, I'd suggest you avail yourself of the latter. A fix likely won't be easy nor cheap. However, there have been many relevant posts here over the years, so consider doing an "Advanced search" across the C7 Forums. All the best.
does the infotainment screen come back if you go faster than 4 or 5 mph forwards?
if so, it's displaying black when it's trying to show the front cameras. though I'd expect the menu at the bottom of the screen (and the splits between the three feeds) to still display.
certainly odd. +1 to going to the dealer, use that warranty.
