Could be something slipping in the transmission? Tire slip?
Hook it up to a data logger and have an expert look at the results?

The missfire count might not be making the ECM threshold for setting a CEL If every misfire set a CEL it would be a really pain in the .......
You need to have someone scan it with a tool that can count misfires and the cylinder that its happening on
