Sounds like the belt tensioner chirping. You need to poke around the engine compartment and try to get close to the area of the sound.....left, right, lower, upper portion of the engine compartment? I see the gauge, do you have a supercharger? Could be that as well.

nah it's just a air fuel gauge, it's a 2016 stingray with heads, cam, fbo.
