Drivers side fuel tank removal
Looking for procedure for removing drivers side fuel tank?

Piece of cake:
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Drain the fuel tank.
Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner.
Remove both mufflers.
Remove the transmission.
Remove the fuel tank filler pipe bracket.
Disconnect the fuel pump jumper harness.
Disconnect the fuel feed hose.
Remove the left side underbody side rail cross brace bolts.
Remove the left side underbody side rail cross brace.
Remove the left side fuel tank strap bolts.
Remove the left side fuel tank strap.
Disconnect the crossover tube from the left side fuel tank.
Remove the fuel tank.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to remove any of the drive line. Looks like its going to wait a bit longer.

It lists as 14 hours labor.

The procedure is to remove transmission for either auto or manual, but can be done without removing the driveline. You do have to remove the frame and lower the driveline as low as you can to get your arms above the trans and remove the crossover pipe. Which I think disconnecting that pipe is the hardest part. They’re always stuck together.

I did my manual. I removed tank strap and cross member brace that's it. It's a little bit of a reach to disconnect crossover pipe but doable
