Default Differences for front grill

I am looking at buying a Z06 style front grill for my Z51 and was wondering why is there such a price difference in these two? Is it because of the company name or?

Yes pretty much. ACS is great quality and is always more expensive. EOS is hit or miss with quality and usually on the cheaper side.

The ACS grille comes with cameras. The EOS one doesn't. That's a big chunk of your price difference right there.

I installed the EOS with camera grille on my '16 and no problems. Fit and finish is great. And being up front where it can and will catch anything kicked up into it it's one less big ticket item to worry about having to replace. But it's nice to have choices.

Put the EOS grill on my Z51, fit like OEM. Very pleased with it.

The ACS grill for $749 literally has new cameras mounted/installed. The EOS grill simply has the mounting hardware for cameras that you provide....either existing ones with the car or new ones you buy.

Idk how I missed that part for the ACS, lol. I sent an email to ask how the camera compares to the car's camera. Thank-you.

So are you want to change the design, access more air, add cameras, get rid of the chrome bar, or something else?

I want to access more air and give it a new look, remove the teen retainer on it. Mine came with cameras so now I am deciding if I want to keep the stock ones or buy the ACS with new cameras.

ACS provides the GM cameras so it'll look/function like what you have. If the lenses on your current cameras are nicked up then obviously the view will be clear. If yours are damage free, I'd say the ACS version is waste of money in your case

If you already have the cameras go for EOS or look for a take off from a Z06 or something for a good price.

The EOS includes hardware brackets for customers. I have ACS all over, but went EOS in this instance.
