Just changed battery in my '17 Z06. Now the doors won't unlock to open, windows not operating. Using the fob it will unlock and lock but that's about all, where do I start? Disconnecting battery and reconnecting did not do anything. Glove box is locked so can't get manual out.
Inspect your connections at the battery - the clamps on the battery posts should be pushed down and level, then tightened. If you disconnected the buss bar sections on the positive terminal, double check that the sections are making good contact and that the bolt is tight - others have had this issue.
If all is good, check for 12 volts dc on each side of each fuse on top of the battery back to the negative battery post. While you are at the negative post, verify that the small black wire is still connected to the cable clamp - this won't cause your problem, but is important for charging system operation.
There are links in C7 General | Sticky Notes to download a PDF copy of the owner's manual.
Also, the biggest failure on battery replacement is the reconnection of the cables. THey must be exactly aligned as they were originally AND they must be clean and tight.
Also, verify that the thin black wire on the negative cable is still attached. They get broken during battery replacement and cause issues.

You don't need any such device for a C7. Typically only the windows need reindexed after power is reapplied. Radio presets and info system settings are preserved when the battery is disconnected.
For those that need emissions inspection, the sensors show NOT READY until the car is driven for a while.
Don't forget to tighten the fuse block side and the little black wire. This issue pops ups often on here with people changing their own battery and then nothing works. Aside from you getting a totally dead new battery, you probably didn't reconnect everything. The Corvettes require more than just a positive and negative cable to the battery.
