Default Finally got the Range device

After having the car for 2 years, I finally got sick of the AFM v4 mode. I just got the range device in the mail today. Going to install it before going home from work. I can't wait to see the difference.

Honestly, I felt the difference right away. I can feel the engine being more free and especially freeway drives feel a lot smoother. So far after just one day, I think I should have done it years ago. I haven't really noticed a change in MPG either but worst case if I take a road trip, I can simply remove it. I am not one to complain about mpg, I average about 20mpg now *due to LA traffic*, and coming from my old car, a 2002 G wagon which got about 8mpg on average, let's just say I am much happier now either way.

Placebo effect. All it does is keep it from going in to V4. Any V8 performance or functionality is unchanged by the Range.

I meant I don't feel a lag from switching between v4 and v8, especially when accelerating on the freeway after cruising.
