Default Do I need to upgrade my injectors for an a&a supercharger

I have a 2017 corvette grandsport and I’m thinking of putting an a&a supercharger on it with a fuel pump etc and now I’m wondering if I do need to upgrade my injectors where do I get them and which ones do I get

Putting an A&A on an otherwise stock engine does not require injectors or fuel upgrade. You may get up to 600RWHP with aftermarket exhaust as well, which is the limit of stock fuel system. Disclaimer I have not done this but I've researched it quite a bit and will be my next performance mod. My tuner is an authorized A&A dealer and he has filled me in. He's done more than one install/tune with these.

What are your goals ... stock pistons and rings are only safe to 600 RWHP on pump gas . At that level stock fuel system will suffice

Don't need any other mods with an A&A kit. I did 2" long tune headers and x pipe with 3.8" upper pulley. Made 550whp on ECS' dyno in 90f weather on 93 pump fuel.

What "fuel pump"? As other have said here if you're just doing a standard A&A blower kit on a factory car you don't need ANY fuel system changes. Not a HPFP nor injectors. Depending on where you want to take your power goals determines fuel system decisions after this.

My C7 ha been upgraded to use E85, I suspect I need to upgrade fuel due to that extra demand with the A&A. Any response reference that?

Default Corvette Tuner in Tampa

Ive tuned several of the A&A kits and pro-charger kits on the C7's. The base tune that comes with the kits do not change injectors or have any fueling assist components. Their build and tunes are good, but pretty much max out the fuel pump which limits how much additional power I can add.

Granted, the LT series likes a little leaner than the LS series engines, but even on their base boosted tune ( which produces good power ) they tend to run in the low 12's AFR to reduce some of the fuel pump demand.

So, when I add timing to support more power, the fuel pump gets taxed even more and will drop into the 44-50% duty cycle. When the pressure drops that low, additional fueling components need be considered.

Out of curiosity, what are you guys using for additional fuel pumps to keep up with the demand in boost. I have some guys that show up with ZO6 injectors and high side pump, and some with the DSX aux pump. Obviously, both need editing in the tune and both work effectively.

Curious about this as well. I just finished my build and upgraded my DI stuff. XDI 65s and LPE Big Bore HPFP. Looking to be in the 7s on pump and hopefully in the 8s on a blend. Hopefully the little TI head unit can put out the power.

The shop who did all the work is Star Fab in New Braunfels Texas. Rob Stallton is the owner and fabricator there. Shop number is 210-264-7010..

I have a C7 Base with Procharger and it ran out of fuel at the 600 rwhp mark which is also the "Safe limit" of the stock ringlands on the pistons of a LT1.

after that you need the provide more fuel on the High pressure side. So cam with fuel lobe, or HPFP, or both,... next it runs out of injectors. then next it runs out of Low side fuel pump (add DSX low side kit). But all 3 of these fuel push the Pistons past the limits they will last long term.
