Default EPB Service Light On, U0128Code

Hello Everyone,
I am hoping if someone can help me with my EPB service light on on a base 2014 manual trans. I am getting EPB service light on. When I hold the seitch to engage the brakes, I can hear the module working but it does not engage. As soon as I release the switch I can hear the module disengage. I scan the codes and I get a U0128 code which os 'Lost communication with Park Brake Control Module'
I measure power and ground on the connector at the module and have good power and ground.
Does anyone has a diagram on the rest of the pins and voltage readings by any chance.
Thank you

Using a voltmeter or an ohm meter is not the correct way to check power and grounds…just because you see 12 volts on a power wire doesn’t mean it can carry the proper current…you have to “load” the circuit…I use different headlight bulbs of different wattages to check my power and grounds depending on how many amps that circuit draws.

I actually did use a multimeter, will do the bulb test. Hopefully is the main ground or power. The rest of the pins are a bit confusing as I am getting some weird readings and I am not sure if I am supposed to read these readings or not. I am measuring the for apply pb and without me engaging the switch I am reading about 1.9v once I engage the switch its reading 5v. I am not sure why with switch not engaged I read that 1.9v. Same way goes for PB release.

You can try using an incandescent test light which only draws about 300-400 milliamps but I like using a bulb anywhere from 1-5 amps…to check the ground just hook the test light to B+ and when you get a good ground the light will be bright…yes, for any single module “no comm” you always check power and grounds so you are doing the correct procedure.
