Default 2019 GS won't start issues

1 month in with a dead vette - 14k miles. Here's the background:

1. Automatic with ProCharger
2. Started fine one afternoon, backed out of garage, put it in drive, and it died. Would not start at all. Screens would not cut off.
3. Next day, replaced battery - no luck. AND I could not open the trunk with either the FOB or the inside button.
4. Mechanic determined not enough power was getting to the PCM fuses - determined the PCM had failed.
5. Replaced PCM and everything internally is just like it was EXCEPT

It still will not start, but sounds more like it wants to. ALSO

When I get in, the green light on the Start Engine button is not lit up. I have to push it once before it tells me to push the brake and start the car. I've never had to do this before.

Mechanic thinks the FOB isn't being detected to start the car, but it works for everything else, and even tells my I'm driver #1 (of course I am)!

Any idea what's going on here?

Fob is not the problem if it unlocks the car and the DIC tells you which driver you are - also gives the the depress clutch and brake message. Does the message go away when you press brake and clutch?

You can REMOVE the fob battery and put the fob into the slot on the steering column (buttons up, bottom towards passenger side) and the car should start. For peace of mind replace the fob battery...

So that's interesting....now it is an Automatic (8 spd), so I don't get clutch messages. I just get "press brake to start engine". But again, I have to push the start engine button once, before the green light comes on and I get the message to start the car. Never happened before. I'll try the "no battery" thing. Any other thoughts?

When all else fails - REBOOT. Disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 minutes to reset all of the electronics and try again. For completeness measure the battery voltage across the battery terminals - should be 12++. Measure from negative battery post to both sides of the fuses on the positive terminal.

Verify that the battery cable clamps are down, level, and tight. Verify that the small black sensing wire is connected to the negative battery cable clamp.

If everything else checks out, make sure you have 12 v at the front fuse box and at the big red cable on the starter. These feed from the 350 amp fuse on top of the positive terminal.

Yeah, I missed that you had an automatic...

Hello I am actually looking for relay testers to buy for my toyota 86. By the way, I hope that you are going to make a compilation of repair videos on an 86, especially repairs on its electrical components.
