Awesome you can get away with 15 psi on that pulley combo, I am running the same combo and only make like 12/12.5 psi. Im going to an 18% lower and 85mm upper to hopefully get around 15 psi and then I'm going to assess my situation from there. I'm trying to find the best way to reach around 850 whp until I decide to go to a 427 ci motor, so I think upgrading the DI is probably the way to go. Thanks again for sharing, I appreciate it.
just make sure there is no belt slip. We had to go like 10 different belts for the right fit. The 15% lower is not common pulley setup. You might be making less boost too because your cam has larger duration maybe…..

but yes I’m with you. DI upgrades is the way to go. Make sure you buy a high quality fuel filter

and the FLEX fuel bypass. Some ppl don’t realize that the flex fuel sensor is a restriction. The fitting allows full flow of fuel. You can see the assemble where the sensor is. I’ll email the shop and get the part number for the belt.

Awesome setup. Yes please do that and let me know. My tuner said that I didn't have any belt slip, but who knows. It would be nice to compare and see if I put the same belt on it as you did. Also, any chance you could tell me what that low pressure aux pump is. I'm thinking I may need to upgrade mine from 320 Lph. Thanks again. I'm thinking that I'm going to go with the LPE BB and 65% injectors.

Any experience or idea of when the low pressure system starts to become an issue as well? I currently have the stock low side with a DSX 320 Lph (the larger option) low side aux pump. How far do you think this can go on E? Thanks

We are running a AEM 400lph pump

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/a...SABEgIyWPD_BwE

originally it was the smg low side kit. Upon inspection from the shop they saw that the pump smg supplied is technically not listed for ethanol, so at that point we upgraded. From what Iv gathered from XDI a 400lph pump will be good to like 950hp. The fore setup is overkill unless your looking to make quad digits.
you might be able to fit an even bigger low side pump depending on room. Just make sure you buy a pump that’s listed for ethanol fuel type.
