Well just to context. Someone posted their quote for a roots and a centrifugal from them on here. I wasn’t ever going to go roots but the centrifugal was like 7-8k dollars more for the same setup at a different shop.
Tons of people have. Their Youtube allows for far reach on their marketing. "1000hp this!" "1200hp that gets a thing!" Certainly draws attentions. Same with Hennessey.
Reality is there are many performance shops in Texas, especially Houston that can do work that is just as clean if not better--simply with less advertising and clout. Pricing at many shops is high but LMR is the highest I've seen.
As someone who hits the backroads and street races I don't see many of their builds out there if ever either. So I can't comment on how well the cars actually run outside of Youtube or owner testimonies.
The thing about modding these cars is while the build is important the tune is just as important if not more so. Two shops can take the same parts and make a mechanically identical car but the cars can drive worlds differently depending on who tunes it. So good idea to keep that in mind and not just how nice the build looks.
