My two Toyota vehicle maintenance schedule calls for coolant change at 100,000 miles.
My C7 calls for 25,000 miles.
Any comments will be appreciated.

1. Always consider manufactures recommendation.

2. If under warranty definitely follow manufacturers recommendation.

3. I would be hard pressed to let coolant go for 100,000 miles on our vehicles.

4. Other than that, your choice.

Where? My 2019 manual says 5 years or 150K miles. Normal or severe.
I normally do 5/75K miles if I get that far on any car.

And my 2016 manual says the same exact thing.

150k miles (or 5 years, whichever comes first) per the 2017 manual.

If your manual is saying 25 miles, that's... concerning? That's not even a listed increment.

Could you show us where it called for that?

I stand corrected. My manual says 5 years, 150,000 miles. Toyota is 100,000 miles, or 10 years. I just don’t understand the difference since their coolant spec is the same as what GM calls for. Of course I’ll be doing a flush on the C7 as it is 5 years old.
Thanks for your replies.

Maybe it is the way the engine block wears down the coolant additive levels?
