Random oil drops under car
I had a few fresh random oil drops under my car after I drove it a few days ago (was pushing it just a little on the drive).
i have driven the car twice since then and no new fresh oil drops have come out.
this is my first corvette is there some sort of oil overflow valve or something that would cause this or do I have some sort of high pressure leak somewhere?

"random" oil drops indicate the oil is being sprayed, so start by inspecting the front of the engine where you have a fan and belt system.
For the base stingray (wet sump) check the oil as you would on any other car: DIPSTICK IS ON THE ENGINE
When to Add Engine Oil
(Except ZR1, Z06, Grand Sport, and Stingray with Z51)
If the oil is below the cross-hatched area at the tip of the dipstick and the engine has been off for at least
15 minutes, add 1 L (1 qt) of the recommended oil and then recheck the level.
For Dry Sump Engine (ZR1, Z06, Grand Sport, and Stingray with Z51) there is a very different procedure: DIPSTICK ON THE OIL TANK ON THE RIGHT FENDER
The engine oil level must be checked when the engine is warm. Cold oil level in the dry sump tank
may not indicate the actual amount of oil in the system. With this system, engine oil is contained in an
external tank, separate from the engine. Under normal operating conditions, the oil pan under the
engine does not store any oil. If the vehicle has been parked for an extended period without the engine
being started, some oil will seep back into the oil pan, reducing the amount of oil held in the dry sump
tank and there could be no engine oil at all showing on the dipstick. This is normal since the dipstick is
designed to read the engine oil level only after the engine has run long enough to reach normal operating
temperature. Do not add engine oil based on cold engine dipstick readings. The engine oil level on the
dipstick will also be inaccurate if checked while the engine is running.
1. To obtain an accurate engine oil level reading, warm up the engine to at least 80 °C (175 °F).
Cold oil will not give a correct oil level reading.
2. Once the engine is warm, turn off the engine. Checking the oil while the engine is running will
result in an incorrect oil level reading.
3. Check the oil level between five and 10 minutes after the engine is shut down.

My Dry Sump Reservoir has this label attached to the oil filler cap:

It's it's bad enough it's leaking on the floor (and it is oil), there should be some pretty clear signs on the bottom on the engine....around the oil pan, dripping from the bell-housing, the oil cooler, etc.

Yes its oil. Tough to tell where its coming from, it appears to drop down a different area sometimes. All drops tend to me in a 1 foot diameter right around the center of the motor though.
odd thing is it doesnt leak all the time. It has leaked 3 times out of driving it maybe 10.
i am trying to get time off to take it to the dealership this week.

It also wouldn't be the first time that someone...owner or shop....installed a new oil filter and didn't realize the seal from the old filter was still stuck to the block. The "double seals" will leak.

All the best.
