CCB brake question

Track Pads:
Bill
Was @ WGI and started to get brake fade in 3rd session of day 1. To my surprise, the left front pads had worn down past the point I normally replace them and I concluded that was cooking the fluid. Lazily, I did not check them beforehand as I had only 5 days on them. In the past, the stock CCB pads lasted at least 7 days with perhaps a day/day and a half still possible. A buddy had some Carbotech XP-10s he was willing to part with but with neither sure they would work with the CCB rotors and no vendors open for Labor Day, I started the post.
Got lucky in the end when 89xMotorsports had a spare set. Lesson learned. Rotate pads every 2 days for more even wear and bring the back up set regardless.
Thanks again.
