Dash and starter are dead
As explained in another post my clutch master cylinder failed. Clutch pedal to the floor so clutch safety is closed. Computer thinks ok for starter. At the time I did not know the clutch was not disengaged. When I touched the start button with vehicle in gear starter tried to move the car.
I stopped the movement with brakes but now I have no electrical power to starter or instrument panel. The lights and many other features work. Sounds like one of the big fuses blew from the starter working so hard. Does anyone know which fuse that is?

It's in the trunk on the battery. When that fuse pops the front fuse box doesn't get power. That's why your dash doesn't light up. I would fix your starter issue before replacing the fuse junction.

Thank you. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the starter. The fuse blew because I did not realize the clutch was not released, attempted to start in gear, and held brakes to prevent movement.

350 amp fuse, $56
This is a replacement fuse. Snap off the old fuse, get this and bolt it in place.

I ordered 2 of the fuses to make sure that I didn't pay the dealer "Corvette" tax on this part.
