2015 ZO6 electrical problem

2015 ZO6 electrical problem
Hope someone can help.
2015 ZO6 12k miles, car was sitting for 4-5 weeks, when parked everything did work.
First the car got stuck in Park, not able to shift.
No turn signals , no parking or brake light, backup camera stopped working, no interior lights.
Third brake light do work.
Did check fuses, looks that they are ok.
Got message service battery, no turn signal.
Did Onestar diagnostics and everything ok.
The car drives and performs like it should.

Battery 2 years old, have not have the maintainer on. Always have started up, sometimes little low Voltage.
checked battery when have car running and shows over 14 Volt, today before started it was at 12,4 Volt

If the car is not running and driving like it should, I'd look to see if a mouse decided to snack on some wires.

If you call Autel they can advise you or you could look the scanner up on their website and compare the two different units but you get what you pay for.
I feel that my scanner is good but not great. Really good scanners start ~ $1500 and up. I need to up grade.

Or maybe time to get a new car, have had 2001, 2008 & now the 2015 of the ZO6
any in the market for a low mile 2015 with all options, except carbon seats, original paint look like **** and now the electrical problem.
