Default parts advice

I currently have a z06 build with LT4 ported blower, 325cc frankenstein dynamics heads, 2.3" upper, 9.5" lower, 103mm TB, DSW SW Cam (32% fuel lobe), and a DSX low side pump with flex fuel. Car makes about 820whp. I'm able to run about 45% ethanol with the current setup. I've been looking to get faster, and from what I have seen with people with similar set-up, they usually run meth injection to be able to use proper E85. I don't like that route so I've been eyeing a TooHighPSI secondary port injection kit, however I am not sure what size secondary injectors I'd need to run E85, and additionally if my current lowside set-up would be able to support those? Just looking for some insight from people that have gone similar route hopefully. if I figure these out, then I can compare perhaps with the route of just getting larger DI injectors or a high flower high pressure pump.

if you run the port injection a set of injector dynamics 1050 injectors should allow you to run full pump e85. the biggest advantage to port injection over bigger dfi and big bore pump is 1. the cost 2. the flexibility of injector size on the port. even with 65% dfi and a big bore pump your going top limit yourself power wise. if your like me and only doing a small build in relation to the 4 digit builds we see every day (my goal is 750-800 max) a set of 30% dfi cam and aux will meet my goals.

when your cresting g a 4 digit build you may find the dsx low side wont flow enough fuel to support the big injectors on a prt . you mat need a dual or triple in. take setup with larger fuel lines and a controller (which the toohighpsi can do) to flow enough fuel to support your power goals

The Tuning School breaks it down in this short video. Makes it very easy to calculate injector and pump sizing.
