Let me try asking this: When you plug in your Range Device do all of the lights on the device come on? Only lights one & four blink on mine, then go out!
I would recommend that you contact the folks at the Range website. They were able to help me with a few issues when I had a Range unit.
As a matter of fact, I just got off the phone with them. And lo and behold, I believe the guy I talked with found the problem. With a little research on his end he came to the realization that they keep sending me a Range Device for a......FORD!!!! So he's sending me the correct one that I hope will solve the problem. I should know in the next couple of days. Stay tuned!!
I plugged in the latest one I received from Range Technology.....and lo and behold.....IT WORKS!!!! It only took them three tries to get me the right one.
