Hazards won't shut off

Hazards won't shut off
2014. Dead battery and when I hooked up the charger the horn came on solid (not like the theft deterrent alarm) and the hazards came on (the fob wouldn't do anything). The horn stopped after 20 seconds or so. The hazards however are still on. Couldn't find a fuse specific to them and the switch won't turn them off. I still have the charger on and it's starting to pull fewer amps. Should I just let it go like this or ?
p.s. An initialization screen came up that I'd never seen before stating System: Initializing and then it said 'insert media' then 'failed' then 'shutting down in 300 seconds'
