I saw a small puddle of reddish liquid on the floor under where I park (I was getting ready to change the diff fluid). It is hitting the leaf spring on the passenger side right where the metal bracket holds the spring to the frame. I couldn't see where it was coming from. I have a Magnuson 2659 installed 33000 miles ago. Has anyone else had a leak in that area?
Since you have a 2650, it could be either the radiator coolant or the intercooler coolant. I have heard of the plastic ends on the OEM Z06 exchangers breaking once or twice, but not commonly. This could cause a leak that could carry to a different place than it is actually coming from as it could drip onto something on the car and drip onto the floor in a different location then where it is actually coming from. If you can, try and put the car on jack stands or a lift and watch under the car and trace the leak from where it is dripping. Alternatively, you could look for coolant in the engine bay to see if there is any trace from where it is actually coming from if it is not dripping straight down. Hope this helps.
I had it up on my Quick Jacks and saw the majority of fluid was dripping off the transverse spring on the passenger side but it had also run back from there on an insulated line and dried. I couldn't see any red or liquid anywhere forward of the spring, but there is a bunch of metal, hoses, etc there. I will make an appointment with my local Corvette expert and see what he says.
If that's where it is coming from, I would check the radiator surge line (plastic line that connects into the radiator overflow tank), the rubber hose line that is in a 90 degree angle that connects to that line and into the throttle body, and also the large line that goes from the radiator to the water pump and the large line that connects to the throttle body. I would think that your issue would be there. Alternatively, you could check the two lines that go from your heat exchanger into the OEM tank for the intercooler, but with you saying that the coolant is seen on the leaf spring, I would look at those engine coolant lines first. If you just want to send it off to someone to look at I'm sure they would find it much easier, but if you want to take one more shot at it then I think those places would definitely be worth a look. I would attach pictures, but my motor is all torn apart at the moment.

Thanks, I will take another look at it and see if I can figure it out.
