Default Fuse blowing repeatedly

I have a 2019 ZR1. After header, CAI and exhaust install and tune I am having B 1/2, S1 heating codes and an evap code. I went through all the fuses and the only one that is blown and continues to blow is #53 (10A) Misc

I have checked all grounds several times and all vacuum connections. Any help is appreciated.

What I would do. Pull the rear left wheel liner.

Unplug control valve, replace fuse, does it blow with the valve unplugged? If not there was probably a short. time to set multimeter to ohms and pull your hair out.
Plug control valve back in, does it blow? If so the valve is pulling too many amps, replace it.

Dumb question but bank one sensor one and bank two sensor one. Are your front cats plugged in? You are running the stock intake? LT5 is different I am sure but when I did mods, I disabled the evap solenoid. I still have it plugged in. The intake I put on had its vacuum ports in the back and didn’t have a port for it.

Thank you. By left you mean driver side wheel liner right?

Yes both sensors plugged in. Just replaced B2/passenger sensor with new OEM sensor today just to see if anything changes. It didn't

This. Trace the wires from the O2 sensors, one of them is shorting to ground.
