Hello All , I recently inherited my fathers 2014 Corvette Stingray it has 12000 miles obviously it was not driven much, But I am throwing POC300 code (miss fire). I am going to replace the spark plugs but should I also replace the coil packs and should I upgrade the coil packs or just buy OEM. It Has AFE cold air induction and at throttle body controller only Thank you in Advance.
I would do 3 things:
unplug & replug the spark plug wires from plug and coil pack (lube em up a bit when re-plugged). Unplug & replug the coil pack harnesses as well. Inspect closely for corrosion.
Dump a bottle of Seafoam or Techron in the fuel.
Run it, including some nice hard pulls when fully up to temp.
I suggest don't start throwing parts at it until you know you have an issue. The car is basically new, only time has taken it's toll. have fun!
Unless something catastrophic happened your spark plugs and coils are still good, something else is causing your misfire. Especially since P0300 is random misfire, not any particular cylinder. How old is the fuel?
No reason there should be any problems at that mileage. I'm not familiar with AFE - is it an oil bath filter? If yes put the stock paper filter back on and clean or replace the MAF sensor.
Take out the filter and clean the MAF with the appropriate cleaner. After that, remove the throttle body controller. Run the car till the gauge is empty and a little bot and use the highest octane you can get from a busy gas station. At that point, the car is now stock and it might be easier to diagnose problems.

Very typical when there's a misfire and it's free to do.
