Rough start when engine is warm
Hi everyone! I have a 2017 grand sport mods are cam exhaust, and a tune. recently, I developed an issue after driving the car or sometime if I run into the store and come back out and start it the RPMs run really low then bounce back up almost like it’s going to stall this only happens maybe 20 to 30% of the time never when the engine is cold only when hot. it never does stall and runs and drives just fine. Any ideas of what this could be?

Without a good scan tool this will be difficult to diagnose and there are a few things that can cause this...maybe a EVAP leaking purge valve allowing fuel vapors into the intake making the engine run rough when hot or a skewed ECT sensor because the ECM is thinking the engine is cold and will schedule more fuel resulting in a rich mixture. It may also be a good idea to check the fuel pressure when the engine is started...unfortunately no magic bullet here unless you want to fire the parts canon.
