TSB for Battery Testing and Warranty Replacement
In March and on April 5, 2024, GM published a Tech Service Bulletin # 20-NA-132 for 2019 model year related to 12v battery testing and warranty replacement.
(1) Does anyone know what this is about?
(2) Is there a way to read these TSBs for free?

I read thru the TSB and my god, all the hoops GM wants the tech to jump thru for just a battery is redicious.
Are they for real?
No wonder techs are not going into auto repair for a career.
Just go to school and become an A&P, a lot less hassle, at least it was when I worked at a FBO.
