Hey guys,i bought a flooded 2016 C7 Z06 ,ive managed to get the motor started but cant seem to get the Hvac controls and radio display to work . I installed and programmed a new BCM . and also bought a new radio unit located at passengers feet and last changed the Hvac controls . For your information the water rose to just under the display . The only way to properly repair that is to obtain a parts car that is the same year and trim level, then transfer all wiring that got wet into your flood car.

If it got wet, it needs to be replaced, 100%.

First thing I'd do is to replace all of the wiring harnesses.

I considered buying a flooded car at one time. If you bought it right ($) it will be worth the effort. A fresh-water flooder is certainly better than saltwater. If you've got it down to HVAC & display you've done well. As was mentioned, replacing the wiring harness is probably in order, at least the interior harness that connects to the 2 systems you're having issues with.
