Shifter knob rattles

Shifter **** rattles
My C7 manual transmission shifter **** rattles as I drive. It’s just the little plate with the shift pattern on it that rattles or vibrates and makes noise as I drive. Anyone have a fix? Not sure how to remove the plate without damaging it.
