Failin exhaust AFM flap
Suddenly, my Passenger side AFM Actuator started spazzing out, causing most likely the Butterfly Valve to flap - loudly making a loud CLICK sound when going to V4 mode, when in V8 all is ok.
I have removed the actuator, opened it, and found a broken plastic cogwheel.
I have replaced the broken actuator with an actuator from the catback (NPP). But that didn't resolve the issue, for some reason, it keeps clicking in V4 mode. Is it possible that the flap itself inside the tube is damaged/stuck and can break another actuator ?
As a temporary solution, I've pulled out fuse #32 .
