Default DSX Flex Fuel kit - Base or ZO6 kit?
If I have a z51 with an lt1 car and lt4 injectors/hpfp which kit should I order?

I don’t think the z06 kit will fit z51 without needing to bend things. I’ve seen a video of a guy who tried a z06 kit on his edelbrock supercharged stingray. The tube was going to be hitting the hood liner before it was even touching the latches. But you’re a z51 so get that kit. Having the LT4 fuel pump will not make it fit differently.

Yea you need the LT1 kit.

The base DSX Flex Fuel kit is usually made for standard LT1 engines. But since you've upgraded your injectors and HPFP to LT4 specs, your engine’s fueling needs might be different from a typical LT1.
